Requirements

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operations of the laboratory assuring the quality and quantity of work performed in all areas of the laboratory.
- Ensures laboratory practices focus on and guarantee patient safety.
- Responsible for specimen collection and laboratory testing performed on all patients from neonates to geriatric patients.
- Responsible for Baptist Health System Laboratory technical development, supervision of laboratory staff and achievement of ongoing compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
- Other related duties as assigned.
