About The Position
In this role, you will support laboratory operations by coordinating study cases, handling routine data workflows, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will collaborate closely with pathologists and internal teams to maintain high-quality study execution.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and LabMatrix or similar tracking systems
- Ability to follow laboratory SOPs and data workflows accurately
- Basic understanding of laboratory environments and sample-handling concepts
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating study cases and manage case movement between pathologists
- Track 15–20 studies using established trackers and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with receiving and shipping samples to internal and external partners
- Support preparation, storage, and organization of samples and study materials
- Perform routine data entry and documentation following SOPs and regulatory guidelines
