About The Position

Kadlec is offering a $4,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Phlebotomy (or Supervisor, Point of Care, or Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory) performs and reports waived and moderately complex laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology and microbiology; Processes specimens for clinical analysis, phlebotomy; Assists the technologists; Reacts to change productivity; and handles other tasks as assigned. Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or GED From an accredited educational institution
  • Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification
  • Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of a structured or accredited Clinical Assistant training program
  • 2 years Phlebotomist experience
  • 1 year Waived testing experience
