About The Position
The Water and Environmental Analysis Laboratory (WEAL) in the College of Natural Resources is a Wisconsin DNR and DATCP certified laboratory. The WEAL trains student laboratory assistants in analyzing water samples that come from private wells, surface water, and the USGS. Jobs duties include: preparing sample kits, preparing chemical reagents, using various instrumentation, documenting quality control, and reporting results. Training is provided.
Requirements
- Completion of Chemistry 105 is preferred.
