About The Position
Highland Hills Medical Center has an immediate opening for a Laboratory Assistant. This is a full-time position for days and includes hospital benefits of health, vision, dental, and life insurance, as well as participation in the retirement fund. The day shifts are Monday through Friday, except for two (2) Sundays required each month.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with laboratory information systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and safety.
Nice To Haves
- Phlebotomy training preferred.
