About The Position
Seeking a Laboratory Process Aide for a Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 10pm - 6:30am. This role is located in the Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area. The aide will perform processing, ordering of testing, accessioning of specimens, and creating batches for core lab/reference testing to be sent out. They will also assist with assigned clerical quality control and maintenance duties, answer phones, relay patient results, and monitor expected/outstanding logs. The aide may perform some waived or moderately complex testing as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Previous phlebotomy experience or phlebotomy certification from accredited school preferred
- Can train 8 weeks on the job
