Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible labor relations experience
  • Experience administering collective bargaining agreements within a unionized environment
  • Demonstrated experience participating in or leading collective bargaining negotiations
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Experience managing grievances and arbitration proceedings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • The ability to build strong relationships and effectively partner with employees, leaders, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
  • Currently possesses a “Q” or “L” clearance

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Centrus Energy's primary liaison with union leadership, building positive labor-management relationships while ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor laws.
  • Lead and support contract negotiations.
  • Manage grievances and arbitration matters.
  • Advise leaders on contract interpretation and employee relations issues.
  • Develop negotiation strategies.
  • Analyze labor trends and metrics.
  • Deliver training to managers.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, and Legal.
  • Help drive workplace solutions that support both our employees and business objectives.
