About The Position

This position is responsible for operating and monitoring lidding equipment used in the packaging process while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson Foods policies and procedures. Team members are expected to ensure product quality, packaging accuracy, food safety compliance, and efficient production flow. This position is part of a production team supporting poultry processing operations. The successful candidate must be able to perform all job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor lidding machinery and related packaging equipment.
Verify that lids are properly applied and sealed to packaging containers.
Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and defects.
Remove defective products or packaging from the production line.
Maintain production standards and line efficiency.
Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and GMP requirements.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Communicate equipment issues, safety concerns, and quality issues to leadership.
Assist with product changeovers, sanitation, and cleanup activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
