Requirements

Significant experience advising employers on labor and employment matters.
Experience handling employment litigation and administrative proceedings.
Strong business judgment, leadership skills, and client service orientation.
Demonstrated success originating, managing, and expanding client relationships.
Commitment to collaboration, mentorship, and exceptional client service.
Desire to collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Established labor and employment practice with a portable book of business of at least $500,000.
Admission to practice, or ability to obtain admission, in Massachusetts.
