A national defense platform is expanding its California labor and employment practice and is seeking an experienced L&E partner to join on a remote or hybrid basis from the San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Torrance area. This is a genuine growth opportunity for a senior attorney ready for a platform that supports flexibility, autonomy, and long-term growth.
Requirements
- Partner-level L&E defense experience
- California Bar license in good standing

Responsibilities
- Represent employers in Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FEHA, wage and hour, and related employment matters.
- Build and grow a California practice with national platform support.
- Work comfortably with a remote or hybrid arrangement.
