About The Position

A distinguished Plaintiff’s Employment and Workers Comp law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. Looking for immediate hire, and ideally someone who is intelligent, driven, and looking to grow within the company for an indefinite amount of time. (Hybrid/Remote Possibility)

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Experienced Civil Litigation Attorney
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Ability to think outside of the box
• Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the California Bar or admission before beginning this role
• Demonstration of appropriate and professional behavior in working with members of the public who may often be in crisis or frustrated with service availability
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent dispute resolution, negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to conceptualize and develop initial and ongoing case strategies
