About The Position

Seeking an established Labor & Employment attorney to join our team in Concord, NH as a non-equity partner. Candidate should primarily bring and maintain an existing L&E practice and client base, leveraging the resources and infrastructure of a larger firm. Some firm-generated work may also be available.

Requirements

• Established Labor & Employment law practice.
• Minimum $325,000+ portable book of business required.
• Strong existing client relationships, practice ownership, and demonstrated business-development and origination capabilities.
• Active admission and good standing appropriate to practice law in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established Labor & Employment practice within the firm.
• Provide expert counsel to corporate clients on employment matters, workplace policies, labor relations, and defense of employment litigation.
• Drive practice development, leverage firm resources, and expand client relationships.
