About The Position

At Aligned Talent Acquisition, we’re always looking to connect with talented Labor & Employment Associates interested in opportunities with AmLaw and nationally recognized law firms in the Cleveland market. We regularly partner with firms seeking attorneys with experience handling sophisticated employment matters, workplace disputes, and traditional labor issues, and we’re continuously building relationships with strong L&E attorneys who may be open to confidential conversations about current or upcoming opportunities. Associates in these roles may work on matters involving: Employment litigation, Workplace investigations, Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, Wage & hour disputes, Restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, Traditional labor and collective bargaining matters, Employment counseling and compliance advice. These opportunities often provide substantial client contact, hands-on litigation experience, and the ability to work closely with employers ranging from regional businesses to national companies.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of labor & employment experience
  • Experience with employment litigation and/or counseling matters
  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills
  • Deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience
  • Ohio bar admission preferred or ability to waive in
