About The Position

Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio, including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo. If you have experience representing employers in employment litigation, workplace counseling, or labor matters, we'd love to connect. This practice area offers consistent demand across every major Ohio market, a blend of litigation and day-to-day counseling, strong client contact and business development opportunities, a diverse practice spanning every industry, and excellent long-term stability.

Requirements

2–8 years of labor and employment experience
Experience representing employers in state and federal employment litigation
Experience advising clients regarding ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, ADEA, wage and hour laws, restrictive covenants, and workplace investigations
Strong legal writing, analytical, advocacy, and client counseling skills
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Traditional labor experience involving collective bargaining, grievances, or unfair labor practice matters
