About The Position

We are seeking experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses (RNs) for a travel contract position. This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, with at least 2 years in a high-acuity/high-volume setting. Candidates with 5 years of high-risk L&D experience are strongly preferred, but those with 3+ years and strong high-risk experience may be considered. First-time travelers are accepted. The position requires an active Compact RN license and the ability to float to Postpartum, Antepartum, and sister facilities providing Mother/Baby services.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience.
• At least 2 years of high-acuity/high-volume experience.
• Active Compact RN license.
• BLS certification.
• NRP certification.
• Willingness to float to Postpartum, Antepartum, and sister facilities providing Mother/Baby services.

Nice To Haves

• 5 years of high-risk L&D experience.
• ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting.
• Manage high-acuity and high-volume patient caseloads.
• Float to Postpartum and Antepartum units as needed.
• Provide care at sister facilities offering Mother/Baby services.
• Adhere to mandatory clinical skills and protocols.
