About The Position
Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking an attorney with expertise in either traditional labor or employment litigation to join our Grand Rapids office and well-respected national practice. The ideal candidate has experience with the full array of labor and/or employment litigation work, including but not limited to 5+ years of substantial knowledge and experience in either traditional labor matters or employment litigation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of substantial knowledge and experience in either traditional labor matters or employment litigation
- Substantial single plaintiff employment litigation and counseling and/or traditional labor law experience
- Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Admitted and in good standing with the Michigan bar
Nice To Haves
- Experience with employment law advice and counseling
- Experience with wage and hour and employment class action litigation
Responsibilities
- Experience with the full array of labor and/or employment litigation work
- Substantial single plaintiff employment litigation and counseling and/or traditional labor law experience
