About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. The role supports a safe environment for mothers and babies and includes monitoring patient health, educating and supporting families, collaborating on individualized care plans, administering medications and interventions, documenting care, and participating in emergency protocols. The position is available in various locations within the region and specifies shifts around 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the health status of pregnant patients throughout labor.
• Educate and support mothers and families regarding labor, delivery, and newborn care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and interventions as required to manage pain and facilitate delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, outcomes, and changes in condition.
• Participate in emergency protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and newborns.
