Labeling Specialist
About The Position
Rowe Casa Organics is hiring a Labeling Specialist to join our team! As a key part of the Labeling Department, you will ensure the efficient and accurate labeling of our high-quality products, playing a vital role in the creation of Rowe Casa products. This is a full-time position that follows a 4/10 work schedule (4 days a week, 10 hours a day). The schedule will include a combination of days between Monday and Saturday, typically from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Note that overtime, including nights and weekends, may be required, and the schedule may change depending on company needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a production or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of production procedures and machinery (labeling processes)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Ability to enforce safety and sanitation regulations
- Familiarity with the organic and natural health and beauty industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
