About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Labeling Documentation Specialist for a 6+ month contract position with a Global Medical Technology Company. This role is responsible for the timely development and completion of labeling documentation, ensuring all materials comply with GMP and QSR standards. The specialist will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to develop labeling designs, manage documentation, and support overall patient safety and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• University degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline
• Ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience
• Ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional groups and project managers

Responsibilities

• Compile, maintain, and review labeling documentation, including drawings, change orders, and specifications
• Develop labeling designs using standard templates, style guides, and software tools (e.g., Adobe Products, Microsoft Office)
• Manage digital and hardcopy records in document control systems (PLM)
• Support the setup of new or changed labels using the labeling system
• Use and troubleshoot onsite label printers and other related equipment
• Support labeling verification procedures and implementation in production
• Actively participate in project team meetings, coordinating tasks and monitoring progress
• Uphold the Quality Policy by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements
• Support updates to technical documentation such as SOPs and Work Instructions
