About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for a Label Specialist in Research Triangle Park, NC (Hybrid). The Label Specialist will provide Client Agricultural Solutions with product label design while ensuring strict adherence to all applicable safety, legal, and regulatory requirements. The Label Specialist ensures that proper labeling is available to meet Regulatory submissions or production schedules and that labeling artworks are created to meet packaging specifications; print vendor requirements; and are as cost efficient as possible.

Requirements

• Must have excellent organizational skills and possess strong experience in related software applications such as: Adobe Software (Illustrator, Acrobat Professional, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Minimum HS Diploma or GED (required)

Nice To Haves

• 4-year degree in Graphic Design/Print Production (preferred), or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork layout, review, and approvals for business to customer (B2C) and business to business (B2B) labels.
• Maintain accurate records and database entries for artwork versions and changes.
• Demonstrate a flexible, supportive approach towards addressing prioritization of label workload schedules and adjust in reaction to schedule shifts.
• Communicate the status of artwork updates to stakeholders, effectively identifying solutions to meet their needs.
• Effectively work with Regulatory on market driven and/or EPA regulatory driven label changes occurring outside of predefined change schedules.
