Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork
- Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance
Responsibilities
- Perform set-up and operate slitting equipment to produce product according to quality and productivity requirements
- Ensure equipment runs in accordance with operational standards
- Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
- Ensure the correct raw materials are being processed
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all company safety policies and procedures and reports unsafe conditions and incidents
- Make adjustment to machines during production by responding to problems found during visual inspection
