Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures. SHIFT/SCHEDULE: This role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday - Thursday, 11:00PM - 7:30AM. ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week. POSITION SUMMARY: As a Label Room Technician, you’ll manage label inventory and help ensure the right labels are issued, tracked, and stored for production. You’ll keep the label room clean and organized, follow safety and quality procedures, and support accurate documentation. Your attention to detail helps us deliver the products people love — safely and consistently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience with systems like SAP, Oracle, AS400, PQM, or Captiva preferred
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or quality assurance preferred
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
  • Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and basic software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Able to read, write, and understand English

Responsibilities

  • Manage label inventory and printed components
  • Issue correct labels for production and reconcile returns
  • Monitor label revisions and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, secure, and organized label room
  • Complete paperwork and data entry accurately
  • Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
