About The Position

Sheboygan Paper Box Company is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Label/ Robotic Technician to join our Finishing Department. In this role, you'll help ensure our automated robotic palletizing systems operate efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory and product labeling. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Previous manufacturing experience required.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with team members.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with robotic or automated machinery is preferred.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Program and operate robotic palletizing cells for production runs.
Ensure products are properly cleared and set up within the robotic cell.
Accurately move finished goods within our inventory management system.
Verify pallet labels are correct and meet customer-specific requirements.
Coordinate with shipping personnel to ensure products are released accurately and on time.
Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory procedures.
Use our inventory management software to track and manage finished products.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic equipment, including: Robotic palletizing systems, Stretch wrappers, Automatic banding equipment
Operate powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) safely.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
