About The Position

As a Machine Operator, you will be the "Technical Pilot" of our label production line. You will lead the setup and operation of precision machinery, ensuring we meet vital deadlines with a "zero-defect" mindset. We are looking for a teammate who is curious about how things work and takes personal accountability for quality and performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1-2 years of related experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to distinguish colors for quality labels.
Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate and own label machines to meet daily production schedules while minimizing raw material waste.
Use mechanical aptitude to monitor instruments, maintain dies, and find root-cause solutions to equipment malfunctions.
Utilize ERP systems and logs to track time, materials (FIFO inventory), and quality control data.
Collaborate across departments, performing distribution functions as needed to ensure site success.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
