About The Position

The Label Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day label control operations across Eagle Labs sites. This role supports the development, implementation, and enforcement of labeling processes and ensures compliance with 21 CFR Part 111 and other applicable regulatory standards. Under the guidance of the Senior Label and Printing Manager, the Supervisor will assist in personnel training, documentation, daily reporting, and coordination with cross-functional departments. This position requires strong decision-making and critical thinking skills, the flexibility to travel between sites, and the availability to work extended hours as needed to meet department goals.

Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent of 3-5 years related experience.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a regulated GMP environment, preferably in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industry.
At least 1 year experience with Batch Master or equivalent ERP system.
Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, USDA, and SQF standards.
Working understanding of 21 CFR Part 111 and 211, particularly Subparts G & P.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document control systems.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to make sound decisions, manage multiple priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel and flexibility to support multiple shifts or facilities as required.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory or training experience highly preferred.
knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan and daily labeling activities across multiple sites, traveling between locations to support consistency and compliance.
Provide ongoing assistance and reporting to the Senior Label and Printing Manager, communicating daily status updates, challenges, and needs.
Train and supervise Label Control personnel on SOPs, system usage (e.g., Batch Master), documentation requirements, and regulatory standards.
Maintain working knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and 21 CFR Part 111 (Subparts G and P), applying this knowledge to labeling activities.
Support development, maintenance, and implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and training documentation.
Audit and verify label content (proofs/art files) against finished product specifications and quality requirements.
Assist with investigations, deviations, and CAPAs, providing written documentation and process support when needed.
Ensure accurate inventory tracking of printed label components and reconciliation of issued labels.
Monitor, organize, and communicate the status of labeling projects to internal stakeholders to support production timelines.
Participate as a subject matter expert (SME) during internal, client, and regulatory audits or inspections.
Identify and escalate issues impacting compliance or efficiency and implement solutions in collaboration with management.
Assist in maintaining electronic data systems for label version control and documentation tracking.
Support cross-functional communication with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and external suppliers and management.
Work beyond the standard 40-hour workweek as needed, including evenings or weekends, at the discretion of management and schedule/projects.
