About The Position

This is an event registration for the Labatt's Toronto Office Tour & Early Talent Networking Event. It is designed for undergraduate students interested in launching their careers with Labatt and exploring their 2027 Early Talent Programs, including the Internship Program and Trainee Programs. The event will provide a behind-the-scenes look at the Labatt Toronto office, insights into company culture, networking opportunities with employees and the Talent Acquisition team, and information about career opportunities and the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
• Expect to graduate no earlier than December 2027 and no later than September 2029 (for Internship Program).
• Returning to school following the internship (for Internship Program).
• Expected to graduate between December 2026 and September 2027 (for Trainee Programs).
• Interested in exploring opportunities in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Brewing Operations, Finance, People (HR), Technology & Digital (for Internship Program).
• Interested in pursuing a full-time opportunity following graduation through Graduate Management Trainee, Supply Chain Trainee, or Supply Future Leaders programs (for Trainee Programs).
• Business casual attire is recommended.
• Arrive on time to participate in the full experience.

Responsibilities

• Explore the Toronto office and learn about Labatt's culture and ways of working.
• Meet current trainees and Labatt employees from various functions.
• Learn about the 2027 Early Talent Programs and recruitment process.
• Gain insights into career opportunities within Labatt.
• Network with members of the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders.
