Lab Technician 3rd Shift
About The Position
Agri-Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery is a dairy cooperative with over 100 years of history, emphasizing farmers, family, mission, purpose, sustainability, respect, integrity, work ethic, and teamwork. The cooperative is seeking a regular, full-time Lab Technician for the 3rd shift (11pm-7am). The training period will occur on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). This role involves all aspects of product testing, ingredient screening, sanitation monitoring, loss control prevention, QA/QC of equipment, and record keeping/report generation. Communication of quality standards and direction of blending/standardizing operations are also key responsibilities. Schedule flexibility is required, including willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotate shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally during the course of a shift.

Nice To Haves
- Education in Food Science or related field preferred or equivalent experience preferred.
- Lab experience preferred.
