About The Position

Agri-Mark, a dairy cooperative with over 100 years of history rooted in farming, family, and sustainability, is seeking a regular, full-time Lab Technician for the 3rd Shift (11pm-7am). This role requires schedule flexibility, including willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotate shifts as needed. The position involves all aspects of product testing, ingredient screening, sanitation monitoring, loss control prevention, QA/QC of equipment, and record keeping/report generation. Responsibilities also include communicating quality standards and directing blending/standardizing operations.

Requirements

• 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)
• Schedule flexibility required
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays and rotate shift, as required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
• Mostly standing and sitting
• Some walking, bending and climbing (multiple flights of stairs on occasion)

Nice To Haves

• Education in Food Science or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Lab experience preferred
