About The Position

Agri-Mark, a dairy cooperative with over 100 years of history rooted in farming, family, and a strong mission, is seeking a regular, full-time Lab Technician for the 1st Shift (7am-3pm). This role requires schedule flexibility, including willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotate shifts as needed based on business demands. The position involves all aspects of product testing, ingredient screening, sanitation monitoring, loss control prevention, QA/QC of equipment, record keeping, and report generation. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for communicating quality standards and directing blending/standardizing operations.

Requirements

• Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays and rotate shifts as required
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
• Ability to walk, bend, and climb stairs
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally

Nice To Haves

• Education in Food Science or related field
• Equivalent experience
