Crisp Cannabis is seeking a Cannabis Lab Technician to support the manufacturing, formulation, processing, and quality control of cannabis-derived products. This position is responsible for producing value-added products including infused pre-rolls, vaporization products, concentrates, and future manufactured cannabis products. The Cannabis Lab Technician serves as a technical manufacturing specialist within the Production Department and is responsible for executing production processes, maintaining product consistency, ensuring compliance, and supporting the continued growth of Crisp Cannabis' manufactured product portfolio. This role is expected to become a subject matter expert for manufactured cannabis products and post-harvest production processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of cannabis manufacturing, extraction, formulation, vape production, infused product manufacturing, or related laboratory experience.
• Direct experience producing vape products and/or infused pre-rolls.
• Experience handling distillate, terpenes, concentrates, or cannabis-derived ingredients.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a regulated production environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate production records.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Experience producing both infused pre-rolls and vape products.
• Experience with rosin, hash, concentrates, or extraction-based products.
• Experience with BioTrack and cannabis compliance systems.
• Experience supporting new product launches and process improvements.
• Must successfully complete a post-offer background check and meet state licensing/credentialing criteria.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture cannabis-derived products according to approved procedures and production schedules.
• Produce infused pre-rolls, vape products, concentrates, and other manufactured cannabis products.
• Perform weighing, measuring, blending, formulation, filling, infusion, and finishing activities.
• Operate, maintain, and clean production equipment.
• Prepare distillate, terpene, and cannabis-derived formulations.
• Complete batch records, production logs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Maintain inventory, accountability, and material traceability.
• Support audits, inspections, and inventory reconciliations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workspace.
