Purpose: The Lab Technician Post Market is part of the Failure Investigations team and will be responsible for sample management and biohazard lab maintenance. You will be responsible for:

Requirements

• Preferred technician experience at medical device company
• Knowledge and experience in related laboratory
• Organization
• Individual contributor who supports staff in various processes in the Failure Investigations team.

Responsibilities

• Sample management (product check in and restore)
• Biohazard lab cleanliness and maintaining cleaning logs per SOPs
• Support product lab testing
• Equipment maintenance and calibration
• Supply ordering and receipt
• Executes day-to-day laboratory activities such as sample management, testing, and general biohazard lab maintenance.
• Escalates issues and risks as required.
• Completes tasks in support of the Post Market Engineering team, closely following established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
• Tests samples of finished goods.
• Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo in day-to-day interactions with team.
