About The Position

GetWell Health System is a growing multi-specialty healthcare organization providing comprehensive services including primary care, behavioral health, addiction medicine, cardiology, and diagnostics. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care—and our laboratory team plays a critical role in that mission. We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) to join our in-house laboratory team. This role is responsible for performing diagnostic testing, ensuring accuracy of results, and supporting providers with timely clinical data to guide patient care.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Minimum 1 year of lab experience preferred (new grads considered)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Certification preferred: MLT (ASCP), MT (ASCP), or MLS (ASCP)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and moderate complexity laboratory testing
• Analyze and report accurate test results in a timely manner
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Perform quality control and ensure compliance with CLIA standards
• Collect and process specimens (blood, urine, etc.) as needed
• Maintain proper documentation and lab records
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff on test results
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
