About The Position

Deibel Laboratories, a provider of Microbiology and Chemistry testing services for food and product safety since 1967, is seeking full-time, entry-level Microbiology Technicians for its Waco, TX location. This is a 40 hours/week position with benefits included. The company plays an integral role in food and product safety for industry-leading producers and family-run operations.

Requirements

• Interest in learning basic knowledge of microbiology.
• Basic knowledge of personal computers.
• Planning skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical dexterity for manipulating samples.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform testing procedures and obtain accurate results.
• Accurately enter testing data and results using personal computers.
• Maintain supplies of analysis materials and ensure analysis is completed within a specified time.
• Complete analysis using basic math skills.
• Manipulate samples with physical dexterity.
