About The Position

The Lab Technician I - SPE is responsible for manufacturing roQ sorbents, roQ tubes, and kits. This position requires excellent organization, good time management skills, and attention to detail. The role reports to the SPE Supervisor and is part of the SPE Production team, located in Torrance, CA. This is an on-site role. The initial shift will be Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm for the first two weeks, then transitioning to the 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manufacture roQ sorbents for roQ tubes and kits, assemble roQ components into kits, and follow written instructions (SOP) for all critical processes while maintaining neat, clean, and organized work areas, equipment, and tools.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Other Certification preferred
• 2 years of working experience or more
• Computer skills, ex: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20lb

Responsibilities

• Manufacture roQ sorbents for roQ tubes and kits
• Assemble roQ components into kits

• Keep all work areas, equipment, and tools neat, clean, and organized
