About The Position

This position requires a Lab Technician 2 to perform various tasks related to specimen collection and laboratory operations. The role involves direct patient interaction for blood collection and requires the ability to operate laboratory instrumentation. Requirements

• One year of Phlebotomy experience.
• Manual dexterity necessary to perform capillary puncture and venipuncture.
• Ability to operate instrumentation.
• Ability to perform manual and automated pipetting.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
• Validation of a High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities
