About The Position

PFS TECO, an NFPA Global Solutions Company, is seeking a motivated, hands-on, and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Appliances team. This role involves supporting laboratory operations, including appliance testing and administrative tasks, contributing to the team’s success through strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and customer service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in producing quality work, communicates effectively, and can work independently while supporting team needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to walk, bend, twist, lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities within the Hearth Products laboratory.
• Complete assigned laboratory and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strong organization and attention to detail in all work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for routine work and communication.
• Take initiative and demonstrate a drive to succeed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
