Lab Tech (MT, MLT, MLA, CLA), Full-time Days
About The Position
Performs moderate and high complexity testing per CLIA standards. Performs hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and coagulation testing to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Performs quantitative and qualitative procedures. Keeps detailed records of all tests performed and reports to authorized personnel. Will be required to work independently and perform phlebotomy on ER, inpatients, and outpatients. This is a Full-Time position, 72 hours per pay period, day shift. Will be included in the weekend, holiday, and on-call schedule. Must be willing to be flexible to meet department needs and assist in clinics when needed.
Requirements
- MT, MLT, MLA, or CLA certification.
- Good vision and verbal skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and cope with a variety of situations.
- Ability to stand and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Good visual abilities.
- Ability to perform detailed tasks and be subject to interruptions.

- Experience preferred.
