This position is responsible for performing a variety of analytical, microbiological, and quality system procedures in a Food Safety Laboratory. Precision and accuracy in executing work instructions and collecting data are essential. The individual must maintain ISO records for process control and comply with all quality system and safety requirements. Initial proficiency testing must be successfully completed, with competency verified at least annually thereafter. The team member will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in all applicable work instructions, show growth following training, and be prepared to accept a full-time position if one becomes available.
