About The Position

The Lab Supervisor provides technical support to meet business objectives, participates in projects related to materials, process, and product development, and contributes to technology sharing programs and technical development for sites and Divisions. This role fosters relationships with customers, vendors, and technical trade organizations, screens materials, and prepares implementation methods. The supervisor also conceptualizes and fulfills scale-up methods for serial production in cooperation with Manufacturing Engineering and analyzes and interprets physical and electrochemical test and measurement data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
• Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
• Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
• Professional-Level English language skills preferred
• Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
