About The Position

As the Lab Research Analyst I, you will play a pivotal role in advancing innovative translational oncology research that has the potential to improve patient outcomes and transform cancer care. Working closely with the Principal Investigator and collaborating with scientists, clinicians, trainees, and institutional partners, you will help drive a dynamic research program focused on HPV-associated malignancies, radiation response, patient-derived models, biomarker development, and clinical specimen-based research. Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific leadership across multiple translational oncology research projects.
  • Support research efforts focused on HPV-associated cancers, radiation biology, patient-derived organoid platforms, and biomarker discovery.
  • Participate in experimental design, scientific planning, and prioritization of research activities.
  • Identify scientific and operational challenges and develop solutions that support successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to new translational research opportunities and collaborative scientific initiatives.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary research activities involving investigators, clinicians, trainees, computational scientists, and external collaborators.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, scientific milestones, and progress reporting tools.
  • Organize recurring research meetings and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Promote project management practices that enhance transparency, efficiency, and research reproducibility.
  • Lead the development and optimization of patient-derived organoid models and related translational platforms.
  • Coordinate integration of molecular profiling, multi-omics data, and functional validation studies.
