About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a strong and motivated Laboratory Services Manager to join a dynamic team of laboratory professionals at a Life Science facility in Rahway, New Jersey. Reporting to the Senior Laboratory Manager, this role is responsible for leading and developing a small team that supports critical lab operations, including package delivery, waste pickup, and internal moves. The manager will oversee daily facility support functions, with a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This includes managing shipping and receiving processes, waste handling, vendor coordination, and ensuring proper sanitation and inspection protocols are followed.
