About The Position

As a full-time Laboratory Medical Technologist, you will play a critical role in supporting patient care by performing complex laboratory tests and analyses that provide essential data for diagnosis and treatment. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results by adhering to strict quality control and safety protocols. This position requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to interpret laboratory findings and contribute to clinical decision-making. Requirements

• Licensed as a Medical Technologist
• Experience working in a clinical laboratory setting performing diagnostic testing.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements (e.g., CLIA, CAP).
• Ability to operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and information systems.
• The required skills enable you to accurately perform and interpret a wide range of laboratory tests critical for patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Your proficiency with laboratory instruments and information systems ensures efficient workflow and reliable data management.
• Strong adherence to safety and quality standards protects both patients and staff while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other bodily fluids using automated and manual techniques.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance and accuracy of test results.
• Analyze test data, identify abnormalities, and report findings to physicians and healthcare teams promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, quality control, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
• Document all procedures, test results, and quality control activities accurately in laboratory information systems.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and clinical teams to improve testing processes and resolve technical issues.
