About The Position

KMS Solutions is seeking a highly motivated individual to join a team of engineers and technicians providing engineering and technical support to the Code 25 Combat System, Department at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport RI.

Requirements

• Active DOD Secret Clearance
• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field providing program system administrator support to Navy Programs and customers.
• IAT Level II Certification (Security + or cybersecurity relevant IAT Level II)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong Linux Cloud experience
• Strong Containerization and virtualization experience
• Understanding of RMF/ATO processes and the ability to navigate DADMs, eMASS, & BiTS for daily tasking

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree or above in Cyber IT, or related field
• Experience specifically with undersea warfare systems.
• Three (3) plus years of experience providing program administrator support to Navy Programs and customers at NUWC Newport.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to a team supporting a highly technical Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Code 25 Laboratory.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of software and hardware
• Attend meetings, communicate, and coordinate efforts between multiple projects and programs.
• Network configuration and troubleshooting
