About The Position

Responsible for assisting Visual Creative Coordinators in the build and execution of all window and marketing display elements. This role upholds corporate visual, marketing, and operational standards, executing interior and window displays for seasonal floorsets and ensuring display elements are completed for all scheduled events and walkthroughs. The position requires offering insightful and creative solutions to problems, completing tasks at a fast pace while maintaining a high level of detail, and assisting in window and interior display documentation. The Lab Lead will manage the receiving and storage of marketing elements, props, and supplies, and assist with photography, how-to documents, and time testing for floorsets. Quality control on all projects through completion is essential, along with assisting with special projects and performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Upbeat, positive, individual with strong interpersonal skills who can work and communicate effectively with diverse group of business partners at multiple levels
• Operationally focused with critical attention to detail, strong organizational and creative problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on projects and problem solve as needed
• Must be comfortable working with hand tools and have an aptitude for 3D building
• Minimum 2-year degree
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Fashion—related field preferred
• 2+ years of retail experience preferred
