Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of management experience
- Strong GAAP and accounting knowledge
- Experience with financial systems, SQL, and reporting tools (Tableau/Cognos/Crystal Reports)
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
Responsibilities
- Lead accounting and financial reporting team
- Manage month-end close and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial policies
- Perform financial analysis, pricing, and profitability analysis
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements
