Requirements
- 1 year of customer service and/or healthcare experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Track, maintain, clean, and distribute clinical equipment
- Manage supply inventories and restock units
- Monitor rental equipment and special orders
- Coordinate equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
- Support clinical staff with equipment and supply needs
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the hospital
- Train new team members and maintain accurate records
