About The Position

P & T Products is part of the Pavement Maintenance Group (PMG), an industry leader in the production and distribution of pavement preservation and maintenance products. PMG continues to grow through innovation, operational excellence, and an entrepreneurial mindset, and we are seeking team members who can support the initiatives and goals of the organization as it continues to expand. What makes us different makes us better. Our values are rooted in entrepreneurship, accountability, and a commitment to doing things well. At P & T, we embrace being different and strive to stand out through the quality of our work, products, and people. We are seeking a detail‑oriented individual who enjoys working with data, documentation, and hands‑on laboratory or technical work in a collaborative setting. This role supports daily plant operations through structured testing, data review, and thorough documentation. Accuracy, consistency, and follow‑through are essential, along with curiosity and an interest in understanding how processes and products come together. A significant portion of this role involves lab work and documentation. You will follow defined procedures, record results, organize information, and support projects that rely on reliable data. While some tasks are routine by nature, understanding the purpose behind the work and recognizing patterns or issues are critical to success in this position.

  • Identify trends, discrepancies, or questions within data and escalate appropriately
  • Maintain records using spreadsheets, systems, and internal tools
  • Collaborate with plant and cross‑functional teams to support shared goals
  • Follow defined processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
