About The Position

We are seeking Lab Associate Immunology to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia, CA. We hire passionate innovators who drive healthcare forward through thoughtful and inclusive collaboration. Perform routine immunology laboratory testing procedures to generate accurate data in support of clinical trials research. This role operates on a set shift of Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent or a Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology
6 months relevant lab experience
Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and applicable regulatory standards
Knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and analytical techniques
Basic understanding of laboratory safety, infection control, and hazardous material handling
Strong attention to detail with ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints).
Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

Perform routine analysis of specimens in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
Evaluate the validity of analytical results using laboratory computer system algorithms
Identify, document, and escalate unusual results or performance deviations
Prepare buffers and solutions required for laboratory analysis
Maintain proper storage of samples and reagents post-analysis
Support development and documentation of laboratory procedures and techniques
Ensure lab organization and cleanliness in alignment with 6S standards
