About The Position

As the Lab Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping shape the future of personalized health. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required; science coursework a plus
Prior lab, clinical, or warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail on repetitive, high-volume tasks
Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols
Comfortable working with biological specimens (training provided)
Reliable and punctual; able to stand for extended periods
Basic computer literacy for sample data logging

Responsibilities

Receive, open, and sort incoming specimen envelopes; flag damaged shipments.
Sort/triage samples by registration status.
Perform pre-analytical prep including declotting prior to instrument loading.
Support general workflow, such as centrifuging, labeling, organizing.
Maintain a clean and compliant workspace; assist with supplies and waste.
