Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Master the specimen journey: Take charge of order entry, specimen and material pick-up, transportation, tracking, receipt, and processing—you'll be the MVP keeping everything moving smoothly!
• Become equipment-savvy: Operate and maintain pre and post-analytic laboratory equipment, including laboratory automation systems. You'll get to work with cutting-edge tech that makes a real difference.
• Be the friendly face: Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with genuine warmth and professionalism. Your positive attitude and courteous service will brighten everyone's day.
• Roll up your sleeves (sometimes): Occasionally perform phlebotomy services when needed at your site—expanding your skills and staying versatile.
• Navigate like a pro: Utilize various information systems to complete your tasks efficiently and keep operations running like a well-oiled machine.
